Just like Arsene Wenger struggles to sort out his coat zip from time to time, I too struggle to keep my emotions in check while watching Arsenal, especially after a poor result. Like many, I don’t miss a match, although living outside of the UK, I’m forced to follow the Gunners on TV, which leads to loads of yelling and screaming. While the missus doesn’t appreciate that, it helps to blow off some steam, even if the players can’t hear me, and the television can’t talk back to me. It’s actually probably best they can’t hear me!
That’s why I’ve resorted to sharing my thoughts with all of you, and in addition, even have a podcast because blogging about it clearly enough. You just can’t have too much Arsenal in your life… at least I can’t.
I love everything Thierry Henry related, Per Mertesacker’s inability to jump higher than one inch off the ground infuriates me and I hate Spu*ds. I think that covers it all!
If you’re looking for a place where you can share your opinion and vent your frustrations after a poor performance, you’ve come to the right place. We all may struggle from time to time, but just know that you’re not alone. You’re not the only one yelling at your TV, so how about we talk about it!?
Have any questions? Want to join the party, or simply want to chat about how high your blood pressure was after the latest Arsenal match? Share your thoughts below and I’ll be sure to get back to you quicker than Arsene Wenger can figure out how the hell to unzip his jacket pocket. Also, don’t forget to follow Wenger’s Coat Zip on the various social media platforms, outlined in the top right of your screen. 🙂
